4.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver within a 20km radius of our bakery. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order value.
4.2 Delivery Times: We deliver Tuesday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
5.1 Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our products. If you're unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
5.2 Refund Policy: Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion for products that are damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5.3 Custom Orders: Custom orders (including wedding cakes and special designs) are non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery/pickup date.
