Hunter Region-wide delivery is available Monday to Saturday.
Delivery times: Scheduled between 9:00am – 6:00pm. A specific time cannot be guaranteed due to route planning and traffic conditions.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address during the selected delivery window.
Important: Once the cake has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to heat, weather conditions, handling, or transport by the recipient.
Re-delivery fees: If no one is available at the time of delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
